Delivery & Shipping Policy

Once the order is confirmed and paid, we initiate the order for dispatch process within 24 hours. The MillatShop is working with multiple carrier partners( Delhivery, India Post etc) to make sure that your customer receives their item safely and speedy.

It usually takes 2-7 days to get the products delivered. However, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery, since there are some factors that will affect delivery time such as traffic, the distance between delivery locations, etc. If we ever find ourselves unable to deliver in the time estimated, you’ll be the first to know either by phone or email. Acknowledge the proof of delivery, which will be provided on delivery. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient’s address. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least 48 hours days in advance.
